Emails from Teodor at Fort Noks

I received these email from Teodor regarding me Apartment in Bulgaria, Holiday Fort Golf Club.

So far we have not received any installment despite the additional time we have given you. If you want to keep the apartment a payment should be made. If not the apartment will be put back on the market.
As I have informed you before the money paid for ap. 531 can be used in future for another purchase without any losses

I dont think they will stick to this agreement because they wont sign anything to say they will!

According to article 15.1 and 15.2 the contract is automatically terminated one month after the final date of any payment due. I have given you more than 6 months without result so the apartment will be released. I have offered you to keep the amount paid as a deposit for future purchase. I cannot do anything more.

We were in dispute with Teodor long before this but they dont want to know.  All they want is to keep the money and never speak to us again.

Don't buy form Fort Noks!!
