CFP, Fort Noks and MRI. Do not Trust!

CFP aka Capital Finance Partners are the worst.  We paid them £1000 to get us a Mortgage in Bulgaria.

But after a month we realized they were no good.  They could not get us a Mortgage because they are useless.  We even had to tell out representative at CFP that the Mortage she was applying for we could not have because we did not meet the criteria.

It gets worse.  When we paid them Brian Smith told us if they did not get us a Mortgage then we could have a refund.  However 6 Months ago they failed and said they were not trying to get our Mortgage anymore.  We asked for our money back and guess what.  No, apparently they have changed their terms of service.

So Brian Smith, don't deal with him or his company.  Useless.

With regards to your refund request, whilst we are committed to refunding your membership payment, we are unable to do so at this time.

Your membership is a lifetime membership,  however due to the circumstances within the Bulgarian financial markets and the banks inability to service the large number of clients we provided to them, CFP has agreed to refund you even though this is outside of the terms and conditions of your membership.

CFP is currently taking legal action against several banks in Bulgaria for breach of contract due to their failure to meet the lending conditions laid out in the collaboration agreement between the banks involved and CFP. We have been advised by our legal counsel that while our case is strong, it will take several months before our case goes before a court.

Due to the number of our clients involved, we have been advised to suspend refund payments until our legal claims have begun to move forward and the outcome is more certain.

We will advise you as soon as refund payments are being made again. We appreciate your patience on this matter.
